岗位1：HR Intern – Change Management变革管理实习生

工作地点：上海陆家嘴花旗大厦 （浦东新区 花园石桥路33号，地铁2号线 陆家嘴站）

Responsibility:

1．Support Bayer China Change Management community with various Programs (e.g., Simulation workshop; Case study sessions); work on CM process and tools application as a member of project team

2． Support routine training programs for team, e.g., preparation plan, logistics coordination and feedback report summary; proactively communicate with sub-groups

3． Manage external vendors and work with procurement dept. for newsletter/token design, etc.

4．Other ad hoc tasks such as admin work, payment & reimbursement, budget control, etc.

Requirement:

1． Bachelor degree & above.

2． At least 4 working days every week, and last for more than 6 months.

3．Fluent of English, both in oral and written form.

4．Good logic & communication skill

5．Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word

岗位2：HR Intern – HRBP人力资源业务伙伴实习生

工作地点：上海陆家嘴花旗大厦 （浦东新区 花园石桥路33号，地铁2号线 陆家嘴站）

Job Description:

1．Provide administrative & logistic support to HR BP team, such as booking flight ticket, hotel reservation, visa, etc.

2．Arrange management meetings & other business related meetings for HR BPs

3．Support to maintain SAP system for organization/position change, employee deployment,

4．Support to collect related data & information, and do the analysis.

5． Support to prepare assigned report & PPT.

6． Support on other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1． Bachelor degree & above

2． Can work at least 3working days, and last for at least 6 months.

   3． Fluent of English, both in oral and written form.

4．Good logic & communication skill

5．Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word

6．Interested in HR function

7．Related internship experience is plus.

岗位3：Controlling Intern财务部实习生

工作地点：上海陆家嘴花旗大厦 （浦东新区 花园石桥路33号，地铁2号线 陆家嘴站）

Job Description：

1． Sales order and annual contracts set up and documentation;

2．Prepare monthly billing based on service time tracking record;

3．Post monthly cost allocation to BCL BGP via WPA;

4．Accrue expenses with late invoice;

5．Coordinate between procurement and vendors of external consultants about invoicing and GR;

6．Monthly controlling report maintain;

7． Maintain and confirm monthly chargeable travelling report;

8．Other ad-hoc reports.

Requirements：

Responsibility：

1． Administrative and project support

2．To provide overall administration service regarding travel, meetings, calendar, and etc.

3．Event Implementation and operations: pre-event preparation- coordinates with different groups

Qualifications & Experience:

1．Excellent in language English/Chinese

2．Background in social behavior study, marketing, business administration, language, journalism are preferred

3．Experience in volunteering, event organization, journalism, translation and travelling is preferable

4．Experience interning or volunteering in social organizations is preferred

5． Be creative and open minded, willing to learn, self-motivated and have team working spirit

6．Can work 4-5 days per week, for 5-6 months.
