意大利某公司为其可再生资源生产系统寻找合作伙伴

一家意大利高新技术公司研制出一种创新型技术,用于搜集河流和海洋潮汐的能源,并已获得专利。该技术具有低成本、高效率的特点。该技术利用缆绳将其装置固定在岸边,通过浸入水流的动力涡轮机来实现能源搜集,并通过中央变流装置来保持水压平衡。该公司现欲寻找生产制造业及技术合作伙伴,为该专利技术生产零部件,共同进行技术研发。

An Italian hi-tech company patented aninnovative system for the collection of energy from river and tidal currents,combining high performance, cost-efficiency and simplicity. The system consistsof a kinetic turbine able to be immersed inside water currents and kept inequilibrium by the action of a central deflector and a cable anchors it to theshore. The size and the orientation of the deflector are defined according tothe working conditions and desired equilibrium position. The turbine and itscomponents have been designed assuming that the machine will always work undermaximum power coefficient conditions. This implies a variable rotational speed,so the use of an inverter becomes mandatory. Preliminary performanceestimations show that the system can provide electrical power of about 43% ofefficiency, when the system works under optimal conditions.


All operations, including civil works, canbe carried out from the coast and be executed in a cost-effective and simpleway. In addition, the system overcomes the frequent environmental problemsrelated to the presence of protected species, as stated by the EU legislation,which forbids any interference with the seabed (such as electric cables lay outand foundations).


Furthermore, the turbine is adaptable tomultiple site conditions and can be optimized considering the site’sbathymetric profile and flow speed patterns.


The company is working to produce and testthe prototype. The main structural components have been designed right for thatapplication, "taylor made" and need to be produced. The componentshave to be enough strength and water resist (for rivers and sea).

The company is looking for a long termcollaboration in order to realise the components of the technology and bring itto the market.

The structure needs an AcrylonitrileButadiene Styrene (ABS) or similar and high strenght material, produced bymolding or printing systems, in order to build the machine starting directlyfrom the 3D Cad. The components has to be dimensionally accurate (clearencesand tolerances have to be less than 0.1 mm), optimal surface finishing (mostlyfor blades and deflector). The material has to be not hygroscopic, and able tosupport more than 150 hours of working cycles in water environment for theprototype (1 m of diameter).
